Introduction

Roxanne, Starfall Savant combines green's power with red's aggression, creating a dynamic strategy full of synergies and high-cost spells - to make up for the lack of tutors. This deck was built for budget cEDH, a format in which your deck (except for your commander) can't cost over a certain amount of money. Our Roxanne list currently costs around US$150.

This list centers around ramp (including the commander's ability itself), interaction, and efficient combos, and, in it, Roxanne stands out as an accessible, powerful option if you enjoy playing proactively and setting up explosive turns.
