Should Riot Remove the Ranked Division System?

It sets clear goals and provides a sense of achievement when advancing through divisions and tiers. However, some argue that it can also lead to toxicity and stress, as players may become overly focused on climbing ranks rather than enjoying the game itself. Removing the system could potentially create a more relaxed environment where players focus on fun and personal growth rather than constantly worrying about their rank. On the other hand, the competitive aspect of the game might be lost without a tangible progression system. Ultimately, the decision to remove or keep the Ranked Division System should consider both the benefits and drawbacks it brings to the community and competitive play.
