Magic: The Gathering confirmed its partnership with the animated series Avatar, the Last Airbender on Friday night (21). The announcement was made through an exclusive trailer presented at MagicCon Chicago.
The new set is part of the Universes Beyond project, a series of Magic expansions in partnership with other renowned brands and franchises, such as The Lord of the Rings, Assassin's Creed and Fallout. In 2025, the card game will have three releases in this segment: Final Fantasy, Marvel's Spider-Man and the now revealed Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Just like Final Fantasy, Avatar will be a full set, with boosters, Commander decks and other products. The cards from the expansion will be Standard-legal.
Universes Beyond: Avatar, The Last Airbender will be released on November 21st, and the official Magic website has been updated with a product page.
